1:1 Counselling

1:1 counselling is a confidential, one-to-one space created just for you, a space where you don’t have to explain yourself perfectly or have everything figured out. It’s a place to slow down, be heard without judgment, and explore what’s been weighing on your mind, at your own pace.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, confused about relationships, struggling with self-worth, or simply sensing that something isn’t right, individual counselling offers support that is personalized and deeply human. Together, we gently understand your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences, while building tools that help you cope, heal, and grow in ways that feel realistic for your life.

This process isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your choices, and more supported as you navigate your journey, one conversation at a time.

1:1 Counselling (Students – 18 years and above)

Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and find your way through the challenges of growing up and becoming yourself. It’s a supportive space to talk about academics, friendships, identity, family, or simply the confusion of figuring things out. Together, we work towards building self-awareness, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.

Short-term therapy focuses on a specific concern or area you’d like to work on. This space is ideal for when you want to work through a particular challenge with focus and direction.

(Adults – Sliding Scale)

Therapy is for everyone, and support should never be out of reach. Sliding-scale sessions are available to make therapy more accessible for those who may need financial flexibility. It’s the same safe, non-judgmental space just made more reachable.

1:1 Counselling
(Adults – Pro Bono)

Everyone deserves a space for healing regardless of circumstances. Pro bono sessions are offered for individuals who may not be in a position to afford therapy at the moment. It’s a space of care, understanding, and dignity where support is offered wholeheartedly, without judgment.
