Riddhima Nigam
Founder & Counselling Psychologist
Hi, I’m Riddhima Nigam, a counselling psychologist and the founder of Bekhauf Panchi by Riddhima. I see therapy as a gentle, collaborative space, one where we slow down together to understand your inner world, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find ways to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. I don’t believe in fixing people, I believe in walking alongside them as they reconnect with their own strengths, values, and emotional wisdom.
My work is rooted in the belief that our emotions, experiences, and relationships are deeply interconnected. I draw from integrative therapeutic approaches, adapting each session to your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. My approach is human-centred, trauma-informed, and affirming, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety, collaboration, and respect for your pace.
I work with adolescents and adults who may be navigating concerns such as emotional overwhelm, academic or life-related stress, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, identity-related questions, or significant life transitions. With adolescents, I place particular emphasis on creating a safe, respectful space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate developmental, emotional, and social challenges.
Outside the therapy room, I find grounding and joy in simple, creative moments with singing, cooking, reading, and unwinding with a good series. These parts of my life often remind me of the importance of balance, expression, and rest, values that gently inform the way I hold space in my work as well.
