Therapy offers a calm and non-judgmental space where they can feel heard, supported, and accepted as they are.
In one-to-one sessions, we work together to understand thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that feel approachable and manageable. Therapy is not about changing a young person into someone else, but about helping them build emotional resilience, healthier coping skills, and a stronger understanding of themselves while moving through this important stage of life.
