When Nothing Feels Particularly Wrong, But Nothing Feels Meaningful Either
Sometimes life can look perfectly fine from the outside.
You’re going to work. You’re meeting people. You’re getting through your days.
And yet, somewhere underneath it all, there is a quiet feeling of:
“Is this really it?”
Maybe you feel emotionally numb. Maybe the things that once mattered don’t seem to matter anymore. Maybe you’re moving through your days without knowing what you’re moving towards.
And sometimes, the hardest part is not being able to explain why.
When Life Feels Meaningless is a psychology-informed workshop that creates space to explore disconnection, emptiness, directionlessness and the human need for meaning.
This isn’t about finding one grand purpose or figuring out your entire life.
It’s about slowing down enough to ask:
What makes a life feel meaningful to me?
Is this workshop for you?
This workshop may be helpful if you…
✓ Feel disconnected from yourself or your life.
✓ Feel emotionally numb or “flat.”

Why this workshop is different?
You Don’t Need to Find Your “One Purpose.”
This workshop is…
Psychology-informed
We explore meaning as a psychological and human experience rather than reducing it to productivity or career goals.
Not a “find your passion” workshop
Meaning can exist in relationships, creativity, contribution, learning, care, values, everyday experiences and much more.
Reflective rather than prescriptive
We’re not here to tell you what should make your life meaningful.
Gentle and non-judgemental
Feeling lost or disconnected doesn’t mean you’ve failed at life.
Practical
You’ll leave with reflection tools you can continue using after the workshop.
