When Everything Feels Like Too Much
There are days when even small things feel like one more thing on an already overflowing list.
One more message.
One more decision.
One more person who needs something from you.
You may keep telling yourself that you’ll slow down once things settle. But sometimes, things don’t really settle. You simply get better at functioning while overwhelmed.
The Mental Reset is a psychology-informed workshop that helps you understand what happens when your mind has been operating under constant pressure and why simply taking a break doesn’t always make you feel rested.
We’ll explore overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, mental clutter and the difficulty of slowing down when you’re used to constantly doing.
Because a reset isn’t about becoming productive again as quickly as possible.
Sometimes, it’s about giving yourself permission to pause.

Why this workshop is different?
You Don’t Need to Earn the Right to Slow Down.
This workshop is…
Psychology-informed and evidence-based
We look at overwhelm as more than poor time management or a lack of discipline.
Not another productivity workshop
The goal isn’t to help you fit more into your day.
Reflective and practical
You’ll understand your own patterns and practise tools during the session.
Compassionate rather than demanding
You don’t need another list of things you’re “supposed” to do for your wellbeing.
Focused on sustainable balance
The aim isn’t to eliminate every demand from your life, but to build a healthier relationship with your capacity, responsibilities and rest.
