When “I’m Fine” Becomes a Habit

You wake up tired. You go to work. You reply to the messages. You meet the deadlines. You show up for people.
From the outside, you’re doing fine.
Maybe you’re even doing exceptionally well.
You’re productive. Responsible. Capable. The person people can count on.
But internally, everything feels harder than it used to.
You’re tired even after resting. Small things irritate you. You have less patience, less motivation and less space for yourself. Yet because you’re still functioning, it can be difficult to recognise just how depleted you have become.
The High-Functioning Burnout is a psychology-informed workshop for people who have learned to keep going even when their internal capacity is running low.
We’ll explore what burnout can look like when you’re still meeting expectations, why functioning doesn’t necessarily mean you’re okay, and what it can take to move from simply getting through the day to actually having room to recover.
Because burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart.
Sometimes, it looks like holding everything together while quietly running on empty.

Is this workshop for you?

This workshop may be helpful if you…
✓ Feel constantly exhausted despite continuing to function.
✓ Keep meeting deadlines even when you’re running on empty.
✓ Appear capable and productive while feeling depleted internally.
✓ Need more effort to do things that once felt manageable.
✓ Feel emotionally flat, irritable or disconnected.
✓ Find yourself constantly thinking about work or responsibilities.
✓ Struggle to genuinely rest even when you have time off.
✓ Feel guilty when you’re not being productive.
✓ Keep telling yourself, “I’ll rest once things calm down.”
✓ Wonder how long you can keep functioning like this.

Why this workshop is different?

Looking Fine Isn’t the Same as Feeling Fine.

This workshop is…
Psychology-informed and evidence-based
We look beyond the surface of productivity to understand what sustained stress and depletion can actually feel like.
Not a productivity workshop
The goal isn’t to teach you how to squeeze more out of an already exhausted mind.
Beyond “just take a break”
Recovery isn’t always as simple as taking one day off. We’ll explore the patterns that can make genuine recovery difficult.
Compassionate rather than performance-focused
Your worth isn’t measured by how much you can continue accomplishing while exhausted.
Focused on sustainable functioning
The aim isn’t to stop being capable. It’s to create a way of functioning that doesn’t require you to constantly override your own limits.
