When your mind won’t switch off.

It’s late. You’re tired. But your brain is still replaying that conversation, analysing that message, or imagining everything that could go wrong tomorrow.
You know you should sleep. You know there’s probably nothing more you can do tonight. And yet, your mind keeps going. One thought leading to another until you’re caught in a spiral.
Overthinking isn’t simply something you can tell yourself to “stop.” Often, it’s the mind’s attempt to find certainty, prevent mistakes or protect you from what feels unknown.
The 2 AM Mind is a practical, psychology-informed workshop that helps you understand what overthinking actually is, why your mind gets caught in these loops and what can help you interrupt the cycle.
Not “just think positive.”
Not “stop worrying.”
Something you can actually use when your mind won’t switch off.

Is this workshop for you?

This workshop may be helpful if you…
✓ Replay conversations long after they’ve ended.
✓ Get stuck in endless “what if…” scenarios.
✓ Analyse texts, interactions or decisions repeatedly.
✓ Struggle to switch your mind off at night.
✓ Imagine different outcomes before anything has even happened.
✓ Find yourself mentally rehearsing conversations or situations.
✓ Feel exhausted by your own thoughts but can’t seem to stop them.
