When Your Workday Ends, But Your Mind Doesn’t.
You finish the meeting, but keep thinking about what was said.
You close your laptop, but your mind is already running through tomorrow’s tasks.
You finally get a moment to yourself, yet somehow you still feel like you should be doing something.
Modern work can make it surprisingly difficult to just be where you are.
Between deadlines, meetings, notifications, multitasking, expectations and the pressure to stay available, your mind can start operating in a constant state of what’s next?
And when being stressed becomes part of your everyday routine, you may stop noticing just how much you’re carrying.
Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your mind or becoming calm all the time.
It’s about learning to notice what’s happening while it’s happening your thoughts, emotions, body, attention and reactions so you have a little more choice in how you respond.
Mindfulness for the Modern Professional is a practical, psychology-informed workshop designed to bring mindfulness into the reality of working life.
Not another productivity technique.
Not a lesson in how to “switch off” on command.
A space to learn how to pause, refocus and respond more intentionally even when life stays busy.

Why this workshop is different?
This Isn’t About Becoming Calm All the Time.
This workshop is…
Designed for Real Workdays
We’re working with the reality of meetings, deadlines, emails, multitasking, interruptions and workplace pressure.
More Than Meditation
Mindfulness is explored as a way of relating to your thoughts, emotions, attention and reactions, not simply as sitting quietly.
Not Another Productivity Workshop
The goal isn’t to make you work harder or squeeze more into your day.
Practical, Not Idealistic
You don’t need a perfect morning routine or an hour of uninterrupted silence to begin practising mindfulness.
Psychology-Informed
We’ll connect mindfulness with stress, attention, emotional responses, habits and everyday wellbeing.
Focused on Awareness, Not Perfection
You don’t have to become completely calm or focused. The practice is learning to notice and return.
